Some will say shots fired 🔥That’s not the point of this post at all. However, we have to start thinking outside of the box when we are choosing who we want to work with! Picking a lender based on a huge amount of reviews, or because they send rate sheets out, or they’ve been doing it for however long …. It’s not always gonna work out. Movement Mortgage, my team, my industry partners and my realtor partners are ALL hungry, motivated and creative. Eventually, realtors go from having me rescue deals & they choose to start with my team, because it makes their lives easier. 💪🏻Proud of my team!

I emphasize the importance of working with a lender that can underwrite directly to standard guidelines, as this can provide more flexibility and a better chance of success for the client. I also caution against solely focusing on the lowest interest rate, as this can lead to deal fatigue and multiple loan applications. Picture this ⤵️You get your speedy fast pre-approval in one day or less, you find the perfect home & one week into the process, the lender says, “sorry, in order to qualify, you’re gonna need to put 10% down instead of 3.5% AND you’ll need to payoff your $39,000 auto loan.” 🤯Luckily, this realtor had reached out after finding me on social media & got our team involved for a rescue. 🛟Thanks to NOT having a lot of the same overlays as the competition, not only did they still get to put 3.5% down, but they did NOT need to pay off that auto loan! These clients were cleared for closing today & they will be saving over $56,000 at the closing table! Oh, did I mention we moved the closing date UP & we got cleared for closing three days in advance…. 🤫REALTORS - Please stop referring to places who advertise speed or the lowest rates… start referring to those who can get things done! Nothing worse than a client choosing a lender because they found a way to save $37 a month, only to have to scramble 2 weeks in to find a lender who can get the job done.
